Gestores de escolas de negócios de várias regiões do mundo se reúnem na Índia. Brasil é representado pelo ISAE Escola de Negócios e pela PUC-PR.

Terminou em Bagalore, na Índia, a primeira Conference on Management Education in India: Time to Transform, realizado pelo Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship (XIME). nos dias 29 e 30 de janeiro. O evento teve o objetivo de discutir e apresentar as boas práticas das escolas de negócios de várias regiões do mundo para alavancar o ensino de pós-graduação indiano.
Entre 32 palestrantes internacionais, o Brasil foi representado pela PUC-PR e pelo ISAE Escola de Negócios, na figura de seu presidente Norman Arruda Filho. “Tivemos um fantástico encontro: nós, gestores de escolas de negócios, com as nossas soluções acadêmicas ao mercado de trabalho e os empresários, com suas expectativas em relação ao profissional que formamos. Além disso, a organização e a participação efetiva dos alunos foram incríveis!”, ressalta o presidente do ISAE.
Norman falou sobre a metodologia de ensino ISAE que torna o aluno protagonista de sua aprendizagem, sobre inovações no sistema de avaliação e sobre a importância das pesquisas integradas: “Os resultados das pesquisas acadêmicas devem ser interpretados de maneira inter, multi e transcultural. Dessa forma, utilizando o conhecimento de maneira transversal entre os países conseguimos otimizar e ampliar as soluções propostas pela academia”, explica.
“Esse evento foi uma revisão abrangente da educação em gestão na Índia e abordou maneiras para procedermos uma transformação e assumirmos o desafio de criar um MBA melhor, que formará, não apenas profissionais completos, mas também pessoas de grande valor”, celebra o Prof. J. Philip, presidente do Xime.

The first Conference on Management Education in India: Time to Transform, held by the Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship (XIME), happened in Bangalore, India, on the 29-30 of January. The event aimed to discuss and present the best practices of business schools from multiple regions of the world to leverage Indian postgraduate education.
Among 32 international speakers, Brazil was represented by PUC-PR and ISAE Business School, in the figure of its president Norman Arruda Filho. "We had a fantastic meeting: we, managers of business schools, with our academic solutions for the job market and the businessmen, with their expectations regarding the professional we are forming. In addition, the organization and the effective participation of the students were incredible! ", Emphasizes the president of ISAE.
Norman spoke about the ISAE teaching methodology that makes the student the protagonist of his / her learning, innovations in the evaluation system and the importance of integrated research: "The results of academic research must be interpreted in an inter, multi and transcultural manner. In this way, using the knowledge in a transversal way between the countries we have been able to optimize and expand the solutions proposed by the academy ", he explains.
